Address Accuracy

Before placing your order, please confirm your delivery address is complete and accurate, including house/unit numbers and any relevant building or business names. Once submitted, we're often unable to amend address details. If a delivery fails due to missing or incorrect address information, a £15 fee will apply to re-send the parcel.

Please also confirm the correct currency and review your full order summary before completing payment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded — so we'd encourage a final check before you hit "confirm."

A flat £3 shipping rate applies worldwide.

  • USA, Canada & Asia Pacific: roughly 7–12 business days

Where We Ship From

Every order leaves our UK-based warehouse, allowing us to reach customers internationally with consistent service.

Customs & Import Charges

Shoppers based in Europe, Canada, South America, Indonesia, and parts of Africa may be liable for customs fees or import tax, set by their local authorities. These charges are payable by the customer directly to customs or the delivery courier, and must be settled before the item is released. Should a parcel be sent back to us because charges went unpaid, a return handling and postage charge may be deducted.

Note: some European destinations benefit from dedicated shipping routes that waive customs and VAT charges altogether.

PO Boxes
