Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To begin a return, email us at info@lutara.co.uk. Once approved, we'll provide a shipping label along with full instructions on where to send your package. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something's damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, let us know right away so we can sort it out quickly.

What Can't Be Returned

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Instead, return your original item, and once that's approved, simply place a new order for the item you'd like instead — this is the quickest way to get the right product to you.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you're entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, no reason required. The same conditions apply: items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and let you know whether it's been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval with no refund showing, contact us at info@lutara.co.uk.
