Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make address changes. Deliveries that fail due to incorrect or incomplete information will incur a £15 re-shipping fee.

Orders over £45 GBP: Free shipping
Orders under £45 GBP: Flat rate of £3.30 GBP
Delivery Timeframes
Main cities in Europe, Asia Pacific, and the United States: approximately 2–4 weeks
Rural areas within those regions: up to 6 weeks, depending on location
Other regions such as Africa, South America, or remote island nations: typically 4–8 weeks
Shipping Origin
All orders are dispatched from our main warehouse in China, which allows us to efficiently serve customers across multiple continents.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Customers in Canada, South America, Indonesia, and Africa may be charged customs duties or taxes by their local authorities. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the courier or customs office before the parcel is released for delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid fees, a restocking and return postage fee may apply.
For certain European countries, we use dedicated shipping lines that exempt customers from customs duties and VAT.
